How To Use Us

Many people don't know this, but you have a choice of where your pet is cremated. Not all crematories are the same and we encourage you to look into your options. More often than not, pet owners are saddened by the service they receive and the inadequate quality of the urns in which their pet’s cremains are returned. Guardian strives to always exceed your expectations and offer you the same quality of service that we would expect for our own beloved companions.

There are several ways to arrange for your pets aftercare needs.

Contact Us Directly

You may schedule to bring your animal in person to our facility in Sun Valley. If you prefer, we can arrange for one of our staff members to come to your home for a private pick up.

*Use this form to either fax us directly with your requests or take this form in to your Veterinarian filled out completely. Your Veterinarian can then fax us the form and we will contact both you and your Veterinarian promptly.

Ask Your Veterinarian

We have a good working relationship with many Veterinarians in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Bernadino and Orange counties, as well as the surrounding areas. Contact your Veterinarian and ask if they use Guardian Animal Aftercare. If they do, you may work directly with your Veterinarian and their staff and follow their hospital protocol. If they do not, please contact us and we will make arrangements with your Veterinarian for you.
